Spore release date confirmed. FINALLY!
That's right after years of hearing about it and countless delays, Spore finally has an official release date. It will be hitting shelves on September 7th of this year. It will be available for PC, Mac, DS, and mobile phones.

While I am a little disappointed about waiting until September, it does feel good to finally have an official release date. Hopefully all the delays will just make for a pitch-perfect game on release. It has also been cool to see the spore community grow over time, I expect it should reach a fever pitch in the coming months.
